Once you introduce us, we take it away. We start with a discussion and taking time to listen to your client. We want to gather information so an individual and holistic recommendation can be made. We ask about their wants, family history, existing coverage, health history and financial situation. You are welcome to be part of the meeting or simply pass it over.

With experience and knowledge, we’re able to offer many diverse and individual solutions that may not otherwise be considered. You and your client will receive full summary, illustrations, explanation and cost comparison. We will take as much time as needed to make sure the client is comfortable and understands the options before a selection is made. We proactively prepare clients for potential ratings and alternatives when identified.

We have established systems and contacts in place to help us better process cases. We operate under strict compliance rules completing the CLHIA requirements of disclosure, CASL, privacy and all sales related documents. We practice more in depth pre-underwiring to improve acceptance and placement rates. We will fight for your client and get them the best option available.

We ensure the contract is put in place correctly and provide a full summary of their new or adjusted portfolio.  Ratings, exclusions, or special instructions are clearly noted for future review.

Once the case is delivered, our support does not end there. We reach out annually with a summary and offer of review or re-evaluation of rating and eligibility options. We update as life and family changes occur. As part of your team, we are here to help along the way.

Claims will happen, and we offer comfort when it counts. We offer support and help to get the claim processed more efficiently. We want to make the situation better so the client can concentrate on recovery.
